Die cutting knife, also known as beer knife or indentation knife; It refers to a sheet material made of steel with a cutting edge at the top of the die-cutting plate.
The performance requirements for die-cutting knives include uniform steel texture, appropriate hardness combination between the blade and the blade, accurate specifications, and quenched blade treatment. High quality die-cutting knives usually have blade hardness significantly higher than blade hardness, which facilitates molding and provides a longer die-cutting life.
Die cutting method refers to a program implementation method for the forming and processing of cardboard boxes during the production process, including circular die cutting and flat die cutting.
When your cardboard boxes have complex and irregular shapes, or require smooth edges, good surface appearance quality, or automatic packaging production, die-cutting is necessary. Compared with the two die-cutting methods, the circular die cutting method has higher efficiency, but lower accuracy compared to the flat die cutting method.
Using different die-cutting methods will result in different purchase prices for cardboard boxes. Generally speaking, the cost of circular die-cutting plates is higher than that of flat die-cutting plates, and the price of different templates (such as die-cutting methods, length, accuracy, and complexity of die-cutting blade lines) varies from a few hundred yuan to several thousand yuan.
